Sound Experiences with Kay Rose, Grounded Sound

For deep healing - this is a private one-to-one session held face to face in my sound therapy room at my home in Countesthorpe, South Leicestershire.

2 hour session - £70

(Discount available for block bookings - £250 for 4 sessions)

I recommend you initially book a two hour intensive with me, followed by a block of 4 further sessions if you are happy to work with me and you are ready to feel the benefits working with sound can bring. 

Following this, I have an ongoing client package only available to previous clients if you would like to continue working with me.

Private individual sound bath session to help you de-stress and unwind - a sonic massage for deep relaxation. This session is suitable for one person, or two people (with one on the couch and one in the easy chair) A second person can attend at no extra cost

90 minute session £55, including 60 minutes of soothing sound followed by tea and chocolate for grounding

Private individual sound session to help you relax, release and recharge in just 60 minutes! This session is suitable for one person, and you get to select one or two from the following instruments, all of which have their own unique and special medicine to offer:

gongs, drums and rattles, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, humming / voicework, handpan

This is where we zone in on a particular sound, and this offering has come about from clients asking if I can give them a session using specifically tuning forks, or crystal bowls, or whatever they were feeling drawn to. Although shorter, these sessions help you to accept and allow whatever you are moving through with grace, and can bring a sense of wellbeing and wholeness to your body, mind and soul.

60 min session £45, including your choice of instrument(s)

A unique and special way to bring calm and relaxation to your friends, staff or colleagues by holding a group sound bath. Details of what a typical Grounded Sound sound bath entails can be found in the FAQs tab, but I'm always happy to discuss your requirements and tailor any session accordingly.

Corporate and all sorts of private events can be catered for - birthdays (age 18+), office team building, saying thank you, hen parties, celebrating success and more!

Price on request, dependent on venue and numbers. This can be a really good value way to experience the power of sound with a group of friends.
